Capabilities

We fabricate products using basic metals (various types of steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.), and exotic metals (titanium, copper, brass, etc.) in thicknesses ranging from .020 to .25”.  Shearing, Punching, Bending, Stamping, and Welding are all done at our facility.

 

Our Mag 5000 punch press with 2 bi-directional

stations and 2 large stations capable of handling

up to a 6” part gives us the ability to be competitive with overseas pricing!

 

Programming

Bring us your project in any form, a CAD or Solidworks drawing, blueprint, template, or the actual part and our in-house programming department can produce your product. We use Metacam and Cam Code software for our programming.

 

Complete Product

We have a 20-year relationship with our local

powder coating shop and screen printing shop to

deliver you a complete finished product. If you

prefer we can deliver to a shop of your choice for finishing.

 

Quality Control

We QC your parts and package them to arrive

to you in ready-to-use condition.
